Download and run

Download and unzip the latest release, via the toolbar on the right hand-side of the main page. Alternative methods are available, e.g. via Github Desktop.

Open Matlab and navigate to this folder. The folder’s contents should be visible in file viewer.

Then run the command addpath(genpath(pwd));. You’ll need to do these previous two stages every time you launch Matlab (i.e. change folder, add path). This is shown in the image below:

Then you can start with the file processing as laid out in imzmlWorkflow.m. See recalibration and pre-processing.
